UPDATED TERMS FOR MANGO CLICKS NOVEMBER 11, 2008
Free members will need to click a minimum of 100 clicks (any combination of email, PTCs, Treasure Room, etc)
per month in support of all members of the site. Upgraded members will need to click a minimum of 75 clicks (any combination of email, PTCs, Treasure Room, etc).
Once the member has reached payout and has clicked the required 100 clicks they may request payment. (Maxiumum cashout amount per month $5.00)

Updated Terms for the Affiliate Page Users Only
As of November 11, 2008, you will now have to have a minimum of
75 clicks per $1.00 of Affiliate earnings to cash out Affiliate earnings.
75 clicks for $1.00 --- 150 clicks for $2.00 --- 225 clicks for $3.00, etc.
This is not hard to do as all clicks count: emails, ptcs, treasure room, etc. I will be keeping track of the affiliate earnings and the clicks if the information is needed by a member.

Admin Messages
Admin messages sent to the members are solely intended for the members of this site only. If you are found to be copying these Admin Messages in any other forum such as GPF, Been Paid or any other forum without the consent of the program owner, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. We wish you to resolve your complaint with the PO of this site FIRST - but pasting of Admin messages sent to our Members, At any forum of any type is strickly prohibited and will not be tolerated... You WILL be terminated immediately !!



By signing up and actively using the MangoClicks.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. MangoClicks.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via email and/or administrative message sent via MangoClicks.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your account. Your continued participation in the MangoClicks.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in this program. Our program is open only to members from the countries listed below, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

You MUST be able to speak, read, and write English fluently to participate in this program. "English Tests" are sent on a regular basis. Failure of three (3) English Tests will result in account deletion and forfeiture of all earnings and referrals. ALL advertisements shall be written in English for English speaking sites only. No other languages will be accepted.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing MangoClicks.com account.

Can you have more than one account? NO
An individual may only apply for one membership. An email address can only be used by one member. A payment account can only be used by one member. If you are found to open multiple accounts or sign up under yourself, your account(s) will be terminated and you will forfeit all earnings and referrals. We allow one person per household and computer.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "Profile" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your MangoClicks.com account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by MangoClicks.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete ANY account we feel necessary. We will NOT tolerate cheating of ANY kind nor will we tolerate vulgar language, threatening or abusive emails. If you send us nasty emails or cheat, your account will be deleted and you will be banned from this site permanently.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up with MangoClicks.com. You agree to receive email advertising from MangoClicks.com. A member is deemed inactive (not clicking a valid tracking link) after 30 days of inactivity and will be terminated from our program without notice.

In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from MangoClicks.com, your account will be set to inbox only. This especially applies to email accounts returned for being full. In the event that you get your email box cleaned out, or get a new email box, you may set your account back to email. HOWEVER, accounts that continue to bounce and must repeatedly be set back to inbox only will be suspended. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

If you check "I can't read English", "I cheat", or select both "I Am a Man" and "I Am a Woman" boxes in the Interests section, your account WILL be DELETED.

To cancel your account, you must go to your Profile page and click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. Resignation or termination of the membership results in the permanent loss of the rights to account status and all earnings.

Members wishing to put their accounts on "vacation" mode via their Profile page can only do so for a maximum of 30 days. Members found abusing this feature will have their accounts deleted.

You may not attempt to destroy, alter, or copy anything that appears on this website or exists on its servers. You may not attempt to access any files that are not offered to you via hyperlinks or redirects provided by the pages on this website.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and MangoClicks.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and MangoClicks.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MangoClicks.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
MangoClicks.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or MangoClicks.com program, even if MangoClicks.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, MangoClicks.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

MangoClicks.com and it's Advertisers will not be responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized, nor by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of MangoClicks.com.

MangoClicks.com and the Advertisers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of accounts. MangoClicks.com and the Sponsors are not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or members on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in an MangoClicks.com promotion. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond our control or our Advertisers which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this program, MangoClicks.com reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the promotion. MangoClicks.com is not responsible for any invalid earnings due to a member's incompatibility with our software or typographical errors on the part of the member. MangoClicks.com takes no responsibility for incorrect data, interruption of service or errors resulting in incorrect data. We do everything possible to avoid such problems but cannot guarantee that they will not occur. Any errors found on MangoClicks.com website should be reported immediately to help reduce any downtime.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid emails, reading the paid emails, and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by MangoClicks.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the MangoClicks.com program. Members will earn 10% of their direct referrals cash earnings. Members must be 40% as active as the members on your downline. You will NOT be paid if you have not logged in to your account and clicked 100 or more valid tracking links in 30 days. You will NOT be paid if you do not have "I have read & agree with terms" checked in the interests section of your user profile. Members will earn a set rate for each mail read or PTC clicked on by MangoClicks.com.

Members will be paid via PayPal (Verified) or Redeem for Advertising. MangoClicks.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate of $2.00 (less for upgraded members, see Upgrades page). You will NOT be paid if you are requesting payment via Paypal and your account is not a verified account. You MUST have "My Paypal IS verified" checked in the interests section of your user profile when requesting payment via Paypal. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Members are responsible for providing correct payment information. MangoClicks.com will not be held responsible for payments sent to inaccurate email addresses or mailing addresses as the member is 100% responsible for having provided the payment information on the payout request form. If we cannot process your payout due to inaccurate account information or payment processor limitations on your account, your request will be canceled.

Advertising:
MangoClicks.com does not accept payments for advertising of items prohibited by us or PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. Any advertising submitted either by redemption or purchase is subject to approval. MangoClicks.com does not accept advertising for the following: tobacco, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, pornography, pharmacies, or firearms.

Gambling, warez, get rich quick schemes, randomizers, pyramids, ponzi schemes, HYIP, bubbles, multi-level marketing programs, investment programs, matrix sites, auto surf for cash sites, forex, parked domains, click clubs, searches or scam sites (sites claiming to pay $5 and up per email).

Fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. Content that ridicules, discriminates, or attacks an individual and/or group based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, handicap, or sexual orientation. Content that contains violence, violations of intellectual property rights, or illegal, obscene, or sexually oriented products or services. Sites and/or advertising that contain invisible iframes, activeX advertisements, or auto searching scripts.

If the advertising you submit does not work (ie, page not found, banners not working) we will make every attempt to fix your ad. BUT if it cannot be fixed you will be contacted ONCE to repair your ad.

Cheating:
Should any instances of cheating be found either by use of Paid2Read Email Program Optimizers or other "cheating" software, multiple accounts on a single computer, promoting "cheat software or teaching how to "cheat", invalid paid2signups whereby credit is attempted to be ascertained by submission of a confirmation email where the sign up referrer is found not to be the direct upline, MangoClicks.com will delete that member's account. Once an account is deleted for cheating that member gives up their right to privacy, meaning we may and will share your username, email address, name, and IP number with other webmasters. The deleted member also gives up any right to earnings that may have resulted from the cheating. The deleted member gives up any rights to referrals and downline earnings that resulted from the cheating and all ads will be canceled, no refunds will be issued.

CHEATING can also be defined as but not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts, use of optimizing software, attempting to receive multiple credits for sign up tasks, attempting to teach others how to cheat using software, attempting to use 0IFrames to gain false hits to any page, blind-clicking, clicking on 3 or more cheat links, clicking on too many incorrect turing numbers, having "BAD" keywords selected. All of the above will get your account deleted.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with MangoClicks.com and may result in legal prosecution. MangoClicks.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. MangoClicks.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. MangoClicks.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
